Religious Practice Cases in Massachusetts

Felton v. Felton, 383 Mass. 232 (1981): Probate court erred in modifying visitation provisions of a divorce judgment to forbid the fathers visitation privilege unless the father refrained from instructing his children in his religion. There was no evidence here that the father's instructions undermined the custodial relationship.
